Obinna studied Architecture in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Post qualification he has worked with 2 top class Architectural Design firms in Lagos and Abuja and has gathered experience in the construction space. After 8years, he decided go on his own. To date he has completed 4 projects and is moving to project 5 which is a set of 6 units of 3 bedroom flats in Agungi area of Lekki. He has raised 35% of the project construction costs and needs to raise balance 65%. He fills out his details and indicates his interest to partner with Synollo for the development. Synollo reviews the request online and confirms her interest to work with Obinna. We meet, agree terms and share the request with our members.

Kazeem took over his Dad’s construction company and has made effort to grow it over the last 10years. The company is doing very well, but Kazeem knows there is room for further expansion. A referral wants Kazeems company to manage the construction of a new mini estate on 10,000sq.mtrs under a 60:40 JV arrangement.

Kazeem will be putting in personal funds and all he can gather from friends and family. But to ensure a quick completion he approaches Synollo to assist in preparation of a Request for Finance (RFF) document to share with Kazeems network and also allow Synollo participate in the funding.
